How to Initiate a Return 

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.

*Excludes final sale and outlet items*

  • Please send an e-mail prior to returning or exchanging the item to ensure no steps are missed and for best results and timelines.

  • All Returns are eligible for a full return less the cost of shipping 

  • All Exchanges will be for the full value paid and No cost for shipment of exchanged items 

Faulty Items

  • Claims for orders arriving damaged or with incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, you will be required to follow our standard returns procedure

  • Please send an e-mail prior to returning the item to ensure no steps are missed and for best results and timelines.
